The 2025 Staff story prompt was how do you use, (work with) plants? Here's Jesse's response:
Every time I move into a new home I start digging and planting. I have a compulsion to pack the space around my home with life. I love my gardens best when they take on a life of their own, plants appearing in new locations and spreading, some dying out. I love noticing the varied insects and birds that change from year to year. I can’t imagine a home without it. This year I have started work on a pond and bog garden. A new world of plants to explore!
