Pepper 'Nassau'

Sure Gypsy has decades of name recognition, but that name hasn't worn so well over time. Let's head to the Bahamas to try Nassau, a very similar Cubanelle-type hybrid frying pepper. Sweet and early chartreuse fruit ripens to red; eat at any stage. Three lobed fruit are 7-8 " by 2-3".
