
Mitsuba 'Japanese Parsley'

With flavors of parsley, celery and cilantro, this large leafed herb is used fresh in Japanese and Chinese cuisine as a garnish for soups and stir-fries. Also delicious as a root vegetable. For these reasons, it has become a new staff favorite. It likes shade or the leaves turn yellow. High levels of calcium and vitamin C. Cryptotaenia japonica
