A beautiful surprise in the cauliflower row, Flame Star's quality is miles beyond older orange cauliflower selections. The rainy summer of 2019 produced large robust heads 8-9" across with good wrapper leaves and a lovely pastel orange color. Was unfazed by the hot spells we did have that summer. Gets you some extra Vitamin A, stays orange (and is super-delicious!) when you roast it. Try it on your autumnal veggie trays, too.
