Small white flowers followed by 1" light green three-angled inflated pods which resemble green balloons and then turn light brown and papery in the fall. The seed pods and glossy deeply cut foliage are the highlights of this climber. Hidden within each dried seed pod are three black seeds with small white hearts, giving it the name "Love in a Puff".
