Every year we make more space for the growing category of Specialty Foliage.  On our 2025 travels to trial gardens and New Variety displays, we fell in love with the new Coleus series TerraScape, adding eight varieties to our selection.  Coleus Mezmerize was also impressive, earning it two new additions.  The Hypoestes Lotty Dotty Series has been a favorite of RCG staff, so we now offer all the colors of the impressive series.  Eucalyptus Moon Lagoon had a name too good to pass up.  By staff demand, we needed to reintroduce an old favorite from our days of annual vines; Cardiospermum Love-in-a-Puff has been sorely missed and we all complained about its absence loudly and frequently.  Our dismay, and maybe yours, has been appeased by reintroducing it to our Foliage program.  There are new Scented Geranium varieties on the market that you will find in our Scented Geranium Mix.  Our biggest change to Foliage is in our Ipomoeas.  We struggle every year to stay true to the varieties in our catalog, as the cuttings often arrive frozen, and availability from our suppliers dwindles, leaving us desperate for whatever we can get our green thumbs on.  For 2026 you will notice there are not specific series listed for Ipomoeas, but rather shape and color (i.e. “Heart Black” and “Lobed Black”).
