Mattie has been at Rush Creek for pulling Annuals for shipping and working in production for several springs. After graduating with a horticulture degree this year,  she is joining Rush Creek Growers as a full-time co-Production Manager. She'll keep transplanting flowing, organize where plants will grow, and generally take on the many respobsibilities of production management. She will single-handedly manage summer production. She has an eagle eye for plants in trouble and helps growers nip issues in the bud. She will also take in ordering and organizing Border Gems, Large Annuals and other miscellaneous categories. Like the rest of the crew when needs arise she will step in to help.
