Dear Friends and Customers,

As we look ahead to the 2027 growing season, we want to take a moment to thank you for choosing Rush Creek Growers as your wholesale growing partner. We truly value the relationships we have built with our customers over the past 32 years and appreciate the trust you place in us to help bring your growing season to life.

We are continually working to grow and improve our offerings while maintaining the quality and consistency that help make your business successful. In 2027 our first year with the Plantiful software is under our belt. We anticipate an even smoother flow from plan to product on your shelves. We hope you like the on-line ordering as much as we do.

We also had a wonderful group of new staff start in 2026. With a year of experience and collaboration with old-timers we are already seeing new ideas and innovations that fresh eyes bring to any endeavor. We even instigated ‘innovation’ awards, because great ideas were coming in each week. So 2027 feels like a year of reaping the benefits of making big changes. 

Production Highlights for 2027
Our soil mix for annuals will now have bio-char which will enhance nutrient retention and improve soil mix quality in a sustainable way. 

On our website Featured Plants slideshow are plants the staff considers 'unsung heroes'. Please take a look for something you may have missed over the years. 

            New Plant Standouts:

• In Annuals we are excited about all our new choices but these standout: Bracteantha Sunbrero, Petunia Itsy Blue, Osteospermum Gelato Palleta Passion, Coleus Copinto Planter’s Punch and Terrascape Crimson Magic, Variegated Ipomoea.

• In Herbs, new standouts are: Butterfly Pea Clitoria ternatea, the return of Lovage and a new upright Rosemary Taurentius. We were ‘wowed’ by last year's introduction, Rosemary Blue Cascade.

• In Natives & Perennials look for: Verbena hastata Blue Vervain, three new Lily martagon varieties, and a great selection of other quarts which help you make the most of your sales space. We now offer over 350 varieties of Perennials.
