Herbs
Our carefully curated herb selections offer a rich variety of both culinary and medicinal herbs from around the world. With over 140 varieties, we are proud to provide a diverse range, including some rare and hard-to-find selections like ‘Shady Acres’ Rosemary, Mexican Tarragon, Vietnamese Coriander, and Japanese Parsley.
This year, we’re excited to showcase:
-
Sweet Garleek: A garlic and leek hybrid for all your savory needs.
-
Lovage: We are bringing lovage back because it is such a wonderful plant. With a mix of notes of celery and parsley, it is an essential part of the kitchen herb selection. Added to soup, stews, or salads, it can really boost the flavors of your dishes. With potential anti-inflammatory properties, this plant is a win in the garden and kitchen.
-
Rosemary Taurentius (upright): This rosemary is a replacement of our upright variety. Known for its culinary excellence, these tasty leaves can be dried and used all year long.
-
Butterfly Garden™ Plum Perfect Lavender: A beautiful Spanish lavender with deep plum colored flowers that are prolific and attract all sorts of pollinators.
-
Butterfly pea plant: A vining plant that has gorgeous blue flowers that are edible and can be made into a tea. The tea, though, is where the magic happens. The tea turns a bright blue color, but add a little acid, such as lemon, and the tea turns pink. Great for kids and for a fancy cocktail. With its calming and soothing medicinal properties, this plant is a winner.
