Evergreen shrub-like form common to eastern Africa. Glossy elliptical bright green foliage accents charming 5 petaled violet blue to white blossoms that resemble a fluttering butterfly. Black fruit follows after a long season of lovely blossoms. Can be overwintered in a sunny room.
