Pepper 'Numex Suave Orange'

Another winner from those wizards at the University of New Mexico's pepper breeding Institute. (And doesn't THAT sound like a fun job?!) All the fruity, smoky tropical flavor you desire in a Habanero, with a tiny fraction of the heat--somewhere in the neighborhood of an Anaheim. Fruit is a bit larger, paler in color and more wrinkled than Habanero classic. One translation for "suave" is "mild" so there ya go.
