Munstead Lavender was introduced in 1916 by garden designer Gertrude Jekyll. Her Munstead Wood was where she pioneered new ways to think about gardening. Munstead Lavender is one of the hardiest lavenders. It has stood the test of time like Munstead Wood. Hardy and beautiful with grey-green leaf and soothing dark purple blooms.  Dwarf form.
