Chinese Broccoli 'Green Lance'

A nice hybrid selection that is slower to bolt; needs cool weather crop no matter what. Long stems, leaves and flower buds are eaten in this slender broccoli relative, popular in Southeast Asian cooking. Pleasantly sharp taste goes perfectly with fermented black bean sauce in Thai noodle dishes.
