Cantaloupe 'Oka'

The sweetest melons I've ever grown in my chilly Wisconsin garden. Canadian heirloom from 1912 has ridges like a muskmelon, but rind is still green when ripe. Check for yellow ground spot or dried tendrils to judge ripeness; the fragrant deep orange flesh is a treat!
