Mint 'Himalayan Silver'
We were stopped in our tracks when we came across this mint at the Minnesota arboretum. The swath of silvery elongated foliage was covered in pinkish blooms which were covered by pollinators. It is deer resistant, wonderfully fragrant. Z-5 Perennial Mentha spicata 'Himalayan Silver'
