Fennel, Bulbing 'Zefa Fino'

Bulbing type green fennel with a lovely form in the garden, resists bolting, both foliage and bulbs have a fresh anise-flavor, native to the Mediterranean. Chop the bulb into tomato sauces or to use with fish, or just pinch off a bit of the feathery foliage for a garnish or in salad mix.
